Popular Noise Foundation presents second edition of Cover to Cover series

January 19th, 8pm at Slim's in San Francisco

12-band lineup including Pansy Division, Storm, New Dealers, and StuntMonkey. All proceeds to benefit The Popular Noise Foundation.

Cover to Cover is an ongoing celebration of San Francisco Bay Area music, spotlighting our contemporary music community as well as paying tribute to the Bay Area's rich musical history. Artists from a range of styles and genres come together on the same stage, covering two songs of their choice from other members of the Bay Area music community, past and present.

Highlights from the first Cover to Cover at Bottom of the Hill in December 2000 include math-rockers Rumah Sakit morphing from a Tarentel cover into Eddie Money's "Two Tickets to Paradise", Orixa throwing down a latin rock version Metallica's "Enter Sandman" with free-style rapping, Jolly's take on Romeo Void's "Never Say Never", and Scott Miller's solo rendition of the Avengers' "Corpus Christi". The complete line up for Cover to Cover #2 is:

Vegas De Milo
Pansy Division
Victor Krummenacher
New Dealers
Noe Venable and The Ruiners
Paula Murrray Trio
Ryan Kihn (of Greg Kihn Band)
